A Great Pleasure

I love fantasy books but more and more they tend to get vulgar and worldly. Forman is able to tell a fascinating story and still keep it clean and even teaches a good morals in each of his books. I would have to say that Albrek's Tomb is my Favorite but is followed closely by Slathbogs Gold.
Thank You Forman and keep writing.

Excellent! Must read for adults and young adults! This author is really entertaining and weaves an impressive story.
The first book was just as good as her third.

Audio CD review

I read the book first before I bought a used version on audio CD (drat no audible version yet). I admit audible.com had me spoiled with only two parts to manage with "The Horn of Moran". However, Once I saw there was some used "Albrek's Tomb" audio CD's available at less than half the original cost, I went for it. It took a bit to buffer all the cd's to my computer, but then it transferred to my iphone quickly and off I went from there enjoying further great story reading from E.B. White. Yes, there were more breaks with the eleven cd's end being announced, but I loved E.B's voices, sound affects, and personalities he was able to bring to being, it barely caused me any issue. E.B really brings Alex and crew to life with Alex's voice showing he is still young and not fully sure of himself yet; Thrang's gruff dwarf voices, Kat's feminine voice, and many many others.
I had a slight giggle when one bit character sounded somewhat like Yoda. I will see if anyone else notices. It just made the reading that more fun. Also, I noted things as it was read that I didn't pick up from reading the book alone. So, yes, I would recommended purchasing the audio CD version of "Albrek's Tomb" for those who like E. B. White reading.
